You’ll be deeply hands-on: building demos and prototypes, testing integrations, and advising on real-world deployments.

Assist in the next phase of Veza's growth as a Technical Support Engineer, working alongside builders from companies like Google and AWS. Provide nuanced technical and non-technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure resolution. Manage escalations to the engineering team, advocate for the customer, and create/share knowledge. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive positive customer outcomes and function as a subject matter expert for Veza products.

The Senior Solutions Architect defines, designs, and delivers complex Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and digital transformation solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for EAC customers. This role provides thought leadership, architectural governance, and mentorship across teams, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning technology initiatives with business strategy.
